July Energy Notes* Energy = Zenergy

July as we already deep into..willl be full of surprises. I had a whole set of other Energy Notes written out on Friday,
but the Zenergy..( I am changing the name)!! so we can Zen out in our lives a little bit! The Energy is moving very quicky and, if you are not careful you will Get Swept Up Instead of getting on your Surf Board or wearing your life jacket.
The waters
are turbulant, unpredictable, exciting, beautiful, scary, freaky and really just very very peculiar.
Nothing really makes sense, that's because our heads have to be blown so We Wake Up, no it's not nice, but that's is what's happening.
You don't feel like yourself these days right? I understand, It's wierdly peculiar times, and there are a few things to do so you can start to adjust to the New Energies. Unfortunately these energies are coming at us with no warning whatsoever.
Our lives are not going to slow down, I wish they were because it's overwhelming and we need more time in a day now! but there not, and I am not sure when the zenergy will smooth out.
This is where Zenergy comes in. You will have to surf to find your OWN frequency..No ONE can tell you..
this will require going in every day (into your self/heart) to feel out your track ..if you are too tired to surf or if you have the energy to surf, if you need to rest, pull back and rest be aware No One will let you rest you must learn to say NO. There are too many energies out there right now pulling on people in every direction so we now have to learn another skill which is to Manage our ENERGY...more than your time. Time is not relevant as you can see Time is speeding up, due to the fact that we are Freeing up our Energy which we now will call Zenergy so we can walk through our lives really looking and choosing at we we are doing.
Our Lives, Our Selves require alot right now as does the planet. Keeping up with everything will not work and if you look around, get caught up, or get on a track that is not true to yourself, there will be problems.
Now, this is going to be confusing...but you have to slow down, pull back, then fast track (at your own pace)
crazy right. If you rtry to compete or keep up you will lose yourself, and be ineffective. Given the fast competitive pace of the World right now...people will not know how to handle it and spin out of control.
We have alot to accomplish, and we are into the second half of the year moving very very quickly, be smart,
Let go of old patterns with Grace and Ease, it helps, part of the reason we are moving so fast is we have less density and are becoming "lightbodies" which means we are ascending to our highest purpose letting go of all dramas, darkness, and weight so that we can "fly free" to be our best selves.
These times have not been without serious grueling tests and lessons. I can only help in giving you information to help ride the ride of this beautiful amazing life on planet earth. We don't know everything so we can only embrace and experience with Love Light & Humility.

EVERY MORNING WHEN YOU WAKE UP, TRY TO ALIGN YOUR SELF WITH YOUR SPIRIT
(WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? THAT MEANS TUNE IN TO WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU NEED)
I USE DIFFERENT ESSENTIAL OILS TO WORK WITH THE DAY, FOR INSTANCE I LOVE YLANG YLANG ESSENTIAL
OIL, WHEN I USE IT IN THE SHOWER IT CALMS ME DOWN AND COMPLETELY BALANCES ME.
I TAKE BLUE GREEN ALGEA FOR EXTRA MINERALS.
I DRINK TONS OF WATER
I TRY TO MEDIATE FOR 10 MINUTES, YOU CAN EVEN DOWNLOAD A CD AND PUT IN ON YOUR IPOD.
ALL OF THE NEW ZENERGY WILL REQUIRE MORE PREP TIME, WHICH YOU WILL CLAIM YOU DON'T HAVE, BUT PLEASE TAKE THE TIME, IT WILL MAKE SUCH A DIFFERENCE IN YUR LIFE AND IN OTHER LIVES.
WE ARE ALL NETWORKING INTO A GRID TO COLLABORATE, HELP ONE ANOTHER AND MAKE A BETTER PLANET, ALONG WITH ALL OUR UGLY ISSUES THAT WE ARE WORKING OUT IN THE HUMAN CONDITION.
EVERY MORNING, I DO WHAT I CALL AN ENERGY SCAN, WICH IS I CLOSE MY EYES AND LOOK TO SEE WHO WHAT OR WHERE IS SHOWING UP ON MY ENERGY SCREEN, AND WHAT I NEED TO PRIORITIZE. IT HELPS
ALIGN WITH YOUR OWN PACE, NOT THE PACE OF OTHER PEOPLE'S ENERGY PULLING AT YOU, VERY IMPORTANT TO STAY ATUNED AND ALIGNED WITHIN YOURSELF RIGHT NOW (IT MAY CHANGE LATER, BUT TO SURVIVE THESE WATERS AT THE MOMENT.
START TO LOOK AT WHAT DRIVES YOU, SECURITY WILL NOT BE THE DRIVING FORCE FOR MANY PEOPLE NOW, PEOPLE DOING THEIR HIGHEST WORK FOR THE GREATER GOOD WILL BE THE PURPOSE.
(THIS DOES NOT MEAN THROW OUT ALL STRUCTURE IN YOUR LIFE, OF COURSE WE NEED SHELTER, WATER, HEALTH INSURANCE ALL OF IT). IF YOU START TO LOOK AT BEING OF SERVICE, ALL YOUR NEEDS WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF, IT'S JUST HOW THE UNIVERSE WORKS.
